ADVANCED WORKSHOP- all ages welcome
Covering various skills including standing side aerials, front aerials, back handsprings and more!
Must be able to demonstrate a good, technical forwards walkover and have a strong acrobatics background.
Ideal for dancers level 4+ in acrobatics.

INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP- all ages welcome
Covering various skills including side aerials, forwards and backwards walkovers, introduction to back handsprings and more!
Must be able to demonstrate a good one handed cartwheel and down to bridge from standing.
Ideal for dancers levels 2+3 in acrobatics.
