Preschool Acrobats
Our NEW preschool class designed for ages 3.5-5 years with lots of fun, creativity, equipment, and music to keep our little acrobats engaged. Including progressions to cartwheels, bridges, handstands.
Level 1
Beginner acrobatics for ages 5+ including cartwheels, bridges, handstands. Dancers must be able to cartwheel with both R and L foot leading to a good standard before moving up to level 2.
Level 2
One-handed cartwheels, walking bridges, one-leg bridges, handstand to bridge., walkovers progressions. Dancers must be able to cartwheel on both sides with both R and L foot leading to enrol in this class.
Level 3+4
Bridge kick over, forwards and backwards walkovers, elbow stands, side aerial progressions. Dancers must be able to go down to bridge from standing with feet hip width apart to enrol in this class.
Level 5
Intermediate tumbling, side aerials, arabian handstand to forward roll, back handspring progressions, front handsprings. Dancers must be able to recover standing up from bridge before enrolling in this class.
Level 6+7
Advanced acrobatics, back handsprings, back layouts, front aerials, standing side aerials.
